In 2011 KazakhMys cut cathode copper production by 1.8%
During the reported period, the company produced 304.9 thousand tonnes of concentrate copper against 337.9 thousand tonnes in 2010. Additionally, the production of copper rods estimated at 32 thousand tonnes against 35 thousand tonnes in 2010. In 2011, copper ore extraction reached 33.432 million tonnes against 32.935 million tonnes in 2010.

The group of companies has shares in the production of gold, zinc, silver, power energy and oil. Shares in the company are traded on the London and Kazakhstan Stock Exchanges.
