In Taraz the last day of the judo championship has witnessed the defining of champions. Such sportsmen as Yerasyl Sakenuly and Serzhan Kaldar from the team of the South Kazakhstan region, Dauren Zhaksybekov from the Almaty region, Murat Baimakhanbetov from Astana and Zhanas Usanbayev from Kostanai region became champions among men. In women’s tournament Azinat Khazhu from the Zhambyl region, Leila Konyspayeva from the Aktobe region and Asel Kaisarova from Almaty won gold medals. According to the results of the overall standings the national team from the South Kazakhstan region was the first, leaving behind teams from Almaty and the Kostanai region.
