CaspioNet – is the first satellite TV channel of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the latest of three TV channels of JSC «Khabar» Agency». CaspioNet can be watched in countries of Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and northern part of Africa, its potential viewers – about 99 million subscribers.

Broadcasting of CaspioNet was begun on October 25, 2002. Watchers of CaspioNet TV channel have a possibility to get maximally complete and objective presentation about all the spheres in life of Kazakhstan: about chief political events, economy, sport, weather, the most interesting cultural events – theaters, concerts and exhibitions.

News service of CaspioNet TV channel has correspondents in all the regions of Kazakhstan, Europe, Asia and CIS states. Except of his own products, CaspioNet actively broadcasts news of leading world informational agencies in framework of partnership programs.

In future CaspioNet will present information about the entire Caspian region.

All the material of CaspioNet is presented in three languages – Kazakh, Russian and English. In workdays the TV channel presents material in new language every hour. An hourly cycle includes: News, Business, Sport, Weather, Regional Focus and Faces. Sunday broadcasting works to the principle of 2-hour language blocks: political, business, financial, sports news are expanded with documentary and feature films, children’s films, historical and ethnographic programs, best theater performances of the country, concerts of masters of classical, folklore and pop music.
